Abstract
The article discussed the problems of depending the health and psychophysical development of children of school age, depending on the level of academic achievement. It was shown the effect of the level of academic achievement on health, anthropometric parameters of development, the formation of psychological-pedagogical development of the individual parameters: the level of adaptation, the formation of defects in personal development and personal perception of defects through the psychological mechanisms of responsiveness to the social environment of the child
