Резюме

The article reveals the specific features of professional training for students majoring in 012 «Preschool Education» at Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy through the lens of integrating scientific approaches with practical preparation. The authors present a model of organizing the educational process that combines fundamental pedagogical training, research activities, and practice-oriented learning. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of innovative educational technologies, the development of professional competencies of future educators, and the formation of their readiness to work in a modern, dynamic educational environment. The article outlines key directions of cooperation between the department and practice bases, which ensure continuity and alignment between theory and practice. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of professional training are identified, encompassing the level of acquired professional knowledge, skills, pedagogical reflection, and the ability to engage in innovative activities. The research results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed model and its significance for improving the quality of training future specialists in the field of preschool education.
