Резюме

Introduction: Scientific and technical progress, which took place in the XIX century, led to the fact that factories and factories began to require new personnel. At the same time, the process of making the production organization difficult was taking place. In connection with the complicated technological chains of production, state structures began to consider education as a system that served as a prerequisite for the formation of state standards in which the requirements to workers were fixed. In connection with the development of computing technologies in the XXI century, a modern graduate of higher educational institution should possess information and digital competence. In order to develop appropriate competence, different strategies that will be effective need to be explored. Aim of the study: to analyze different approaches to formation of information-digital competence of teachers of natural direction. Research method: analysis, comparison. Researsh result: The essence of the competent approach in the education system consists in the preparation of highly qualified workers who meet the needs of society and labor market (defined at the World Economic Forum (2015, Davos)), which in turn changes the paradigm of training and defines the main goal as formation of key and subject competencies among students." The task of the teacher is to reveal in person the cognitive processes (thinking, memory, feeling, attention, feeling, feeling, perception) and direction are outlook, interests, attitude, abilities; to form new experience -knowledge, skills, skills; to work effectively information. On this basis, approaches have been identified that reflect the basic principles of competence for achieving the result: Personal, which considers the need, motives and behavior of the person; information - perception and processing of information; activit -practical mastering of knowledge. Conclution: Information-digital competence should be formed through the following approaches: Personal, activity competent, informational.
