The purpose is to research the effectiveness of using a combined approach to simulation modeling software. The tasks of the work are: development of a convolution method that reduces the dimension of the model without losing elements of parallel and concurrent processes; constructing of an simulation model of software with parallelism for analysis of its dynamic properties and formation of design solutions without functional disadvantages. The object of research is the Petri nets base simulation model of the software with parallelism. The subject of research is the functional disadvantages of simulation models with parallelism and ways to correct them. The results of research are: the convolution method and the example of its use in the analysis of dynamic properties of models with parallelism; testing the methodology for detecting and correction functional disadvantages in reduced simulation models of software components.
