Abstract
The announced idea of the investigation is the case that gender field is an important part of reforming the national education system. Its uprise is caused by objective process of euro integration of Ukrainian education system that requires the update of gender field on the basis of democracy. The concept is build on the understanding of gender as a changeable and dependent on sociocultural situation category, which is differently defined by modern scientists due to the sphere of scientific research and adopted social conception. Statements about gender education and upbringing as one of the basic principles of appropriate development of an individual is analyzed. Reasons that complicate practical implementation of gender ideology into education is highlighted.
